Justice V. Chitambaresh of Kerala High Court has on Thursday(31/03/16) held that the practice of insisting a student to undertake the entire examinations for a mere failure in a single theory / practical exam is unreasonable and arbitrary.
The mental anguish which a student has to face in the event of his losing a theory or practical by marginal marks necessitating re-appearance for all the papers in theory and practical in order to secure a pass is unimaginable”said the Court
